2. Data Collection & Purpose

We process:

  • User Data: Name, email, company, payment details (if applicable).
  • AI Interactions: Chat logs, queries (stored anonymously unless consent is given).
  • Technical Data: IP, cookies, device info (for analytics and security).

Legal Bases:

  • EU/UK: Consent (Art. 6 GDPR) or "legitimate interest" (e.g., service improvement).
  • Peru/Canada/Brazil: Explicit consent or contract execution.
  • USA (California): CCPA "business purpose" (e.g., fraud prevention).

3. International Data Transfers

Data may be transferred to:

  • USA: Servers in California (under CCPA/CPRA and SCCs for EU data).
  • Third Countries: Cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) with GDPR-compliant safeguards.
